Data Access FAQ
- Can I download TariffTax data?
- Yes. Our core datasets are available as JSON files on the downloads page. Data is free for non-commercial use with attribution.
- How often is data updated?
- Tariff rates are updated within 24–48 hours of changes. Trade flow data updates monthly. See our methodology for details.
- Can I use TariffTax data in my research or reporting?
- Absolutely. Please cite “TariffTax (tarifftax.org)” and link back to the relevant page. For academic citations, reference our methodology page.
- Do you have an API?
- Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, the JSON files on the downloads page are the best way to access structured data.
